We are looking for an Accounting Intern with high attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality accounting work to support our company with accounting tasks. Working for RBA/MbiA give you the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of accounting in simple entity types through complex entity groups.

You will be responsible for tasks related to accounting and payroll including:

-  Assist accountants in the bookkeeping process of the payable and receivable invoices;

-  Assist in the processing of balance sheets, and income statements and prepare unaudited     financial statements according to legal and financial guidelines;

-  Assist with payroll administration;

-  Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

-   Currently enrolled/with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field;

-   Great attention to detail and excellent organizing abilities;

-   Proper understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles (SFRS) and practices, knowledge of the consolidation process would also be appreciated;

-   Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software, ideally Xero;

-   Good command of English and communication skills, written competency and verbal skills are highly valued;

-   Being flexible and able to work with autonomy but also as part of a team.
